The rooms here are great! They come with everything you need like comfy beds and even smoke detectors. there's a terrace to relax on and an air conditioner to keep you cool 😊.

Astonishing breakfast with a lot of options, perfect and fairly clean place. Location close to la Croisette or old Cannes, the slight hill and the train station and shopping area. Also, close to the centre...

Wi-Fi was bad.

Really nice stay, we were there for 1 day. The terrace served a wide range of meals for breakfast.

The room is tastefully decorated and the bed is exceptionally comfortable, plus the breakfast offers a great selection with croissants and delicious cheese.

super nice and helpful staff, all with a smile on their faces at all times. Thanks to Oliver, Barry and Diana for their kindness, that makes this hotel different and makes you want to come back. There is parking inside, in a guarded and private area and it is free, so you can leave your car there and move around on foot and if you want to go to Nice, Monaco and nearby places you can go by train which is 5 min walk from the hotel. location is fantastic, close to the centre and beach. We liked the balcony in the room very much. There were cups and glasses in the room. Comfortable bed, air conditioning. Clean and comfortable. Good vibe atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay there and right and affordable price.

The bathroom door is transparent, which gives little privacy and can generate a bad smell inside the room. There was no air freshener either. There was no refrigerator or elevator.

The location was very central. Marvelous staff willing to give you advice for everything. - La Table du Cannois, located just a short walk away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Room, location and parking are excellent value for money, but the pearl of this hotel is the hospitality performed by hotelier Denis. He is the person that makes every guest feel special.

The staff was friendly. the breakfast was astonishing. - the location was magnificent, close to shops and restaurants. - the room had a work desk, flat-screen TV, and ironing facilities. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the bar area was nice.

The owner of the Hotel was a true gentleman and very helpfull. The rooms are clean, in a good size, and you have free internet in the rooms. For the price it is a very good hotel to stay in Cannes, as it is very close to the center.

Before I`ve booked a room in this hotel I read about its wonderful manager from other reviews. And I totally agree with others. I can`t think of a man more helpful than Denis was! I`m so glad we stayed in Esperanto because he showed us all the good places around, we spoke for hours, I can say that Denis almost worked as a tourist guide for us. Besides the stuff (which includes all of the family) the rooms were very clean and nice, fresh and cool. The hotel is situated a bit far from beach attractions but this makes it very quite and nice for sleeping, and I didn`t mind walking few minutes to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know!
